  • Drop-in Fee: The drop-in charge for a single class is 490 baht per person.

  • Yoga Equipment: We provide yoga mats, blocks, and stretching ropes for your use during class. Feel free to bring your own water bottle and towel if desired.

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to register, settle in, and prepare for your practice.

  • Changing Facilities: A dressing room is available inside the studio for your convenience.

  • Restrooms: The restrooms are located on the ground floor of the building.

  • Mobile Phones: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, kindly keep your phone on silent mode when entering the class.

Additional Tips:

  • Wear comfortable clothing: Choose loose-fitting clothing that allows for freedom of movement.
  • Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your yoga practice.
  • Listen to your body: It’s important to respect your body’s limitations. Don’t hesitate to modify poses as needed.
  • Let your instructor know: If you have any injuries or limitations, please inform your instructor before the class begins.
